Can anyone tell me how to make this thai dressing? - thai salad dressing

This is the house salad is served in some of my local Thai restaurant. It is a yellow light salad dressing. It is sweet and says that it can draw in May, the salad is very simple with lettuce, sliced carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Has anyone a recipe or know what I mean?
