Doctor question in regards to reading an MRI? - l5-s1 central annular tear with 2 mm central disc protusion

In Class 1, L5/S1 retrolisthesis. It is the drying of the intervertebral disc and loss of disc height. There is a large disc herniation superimposed Buldgen hard ledt central and paracentral which reach to the upper plate of S1. There are tearing a central ring. No stenosis. It is a moderate reduction of the right neural foramen with the disc material in contact with the release of the right L5 nerve root. No reduction mild to moderate has neuroforamen. What does this mean?

At the bottom of the spine, a disc that rises out of the room, and urges a nerve root on the right side. Set the column that has fallen in production on the left side of the nerve root.

At this level, compressing the nerve roots, might have caused the pain in both legs.

You can benefit from discectomy and foraminotomy for the pressure on the nerve roots to relieve.
